Ziggy (Hope) Fietkiewicz, of Margate City, NJ, passed away on October 19, 2026. She leaves behind her husband, Robert “Fed” Fietkiewicz, daughters, Heather (Anthony) Reo, Jocelyn Fietkiewicz, granddaughter, Seraphina, sister, Joanne (Paul) Bauer, and niece, Jaime.
She grew up outside Philadelphia, PA spending her summers in Margate. She graduated from Walter B Saul High School, where she developed a passion for animals. In her younger days, she was an avid surfer and beach lover. She adored animals and cherished her dogs.
She enjoyed traveling, visiting England several times to experience the British culture she loved and having annual winter trips with her husband to the Dominican Republic to escape the New Jersey winters. Antiquing was a passion of hers, spending many days in New Hope looking for that special item.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday November 7, from 12:30 to 3:30 at Bocca Coal Fired Bistro, 7805 Ventnor Avenue in Margate City. At Ziggy’s request, everyone should dress colorfully, no black.
Ziggy will be remembered for her colorful personality, the friendships she treasured, and the lasting connections she made. She will be deeply missed by her family, her friends, and all those fortunate enough to have been part of her life.
